Discover Massage Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services: The massage therapist will provide professional massage therapy services as agreed upon prior to and during the session.

2. Client Health Disclosure: Clients are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the massage session. The therapist will use this information to adapt the session accordingly.

3. Confidentiality: All client information, discussions, and records will be kept confidential, except as required by law.

4. Informed Consent: Clients must provide informed consent before the massage session, acknowledging an understanding of the nature and purpose of the massage, including any potential risks.

5. Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to provide notice of at least 24 hours for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Professional Boundaries: The therapist will maintain professional boundaries throughout the session. Any inappropriate behavior from the client will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full fee will be charged.

7. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted forms of payment include cash, zelle, debt and credit cards. A service fee is included for the use of debit and credit cards.

8. Starting Late: Clients are encouraged to be ready on time. Starting late may result in a shortened session with the full fee charged.

9. Feedback: Clients are encouraged to provide feedback about their experience. Constructive feedback helps improve services, and any concerns should be communicated promptly.

10. Respectful Environment: Both the client and therapist agree to create a respectful and comfortable environment during the massage session.

11. Refusal of Service: The massage therapist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

12. Early Ending of Service: The client reserves the right to end service mid session. Ending a session early may result in having the full fee charged.

13. Understanding of Empowerment: It is the responsibility of the client to inform the massage therapist if any form of therapeutic touch makes them feel uncomfortable. 

14. Agreement of these Terms: By booking an appointment with Discover Massage, the client acknowledges that they are aware of and agree to the listed terms and policies as published on the Discover Massage webpage.
